Dr. Rand Razaq patiently explained my treatment plan and provided reassurance, alleviating my anxieties that around dentist visits, so I am wanting to take this time to share my positive experience with her. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. Dr. Rand and her team were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She also spent the time over a phone call to go through my notes sent through by my previous dentist well ahead of my initial visit. I thought this was a nice gesture. The dental office itself was clean and gave a very 'homely' vibe with the layout. Also, the lady at reception was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived too. In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Rand!! Finding a trustworthy dentist can often feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, but it's nice to know that I can rely on this practice for my ongoing dental needs and have peace of mind in receiving excellent care.
